STRAWBERRY NEEDS JAIL TIME

In response to the June 9 letter by Frank Dzwonkowski defending former
baseball star Darryl Strawberry: We must not ignore his criminal antics off
the field. After many "second chances," Strawberry has always resorted to
his criminal violations. Honestly, the only thing remaining is incarceration.

The admirers of Darryl Strawberry must not attempt to exempt him from the
identical rules, regulations and laws governing all citizens living in our
society. It appears running other people's lives has become a major crusade
of our troubled times. If Strawberry's only need is "help," then the rest
of us need the same.
