DRUGS HAVE NO PLACE IN OUR SCHOOLS
In reference to the bleeding hearts who object to police investigating
pot-pushing in the schools, most sensible parents are in full agreement
with protecting our children from drug pushers.
If, as is stated, most pot is sold during the school lunch hour, in places
adjacent to the schools, perhaps the bleeding hearts will want to see booze
or ordinary, fatal cigarettes sold illegally as well.
Smoking pot impairs our kid's lungs, as well as their behaviour. If there
should happen to be a history of mental instability in a family, marijuana
smoking can be positively adverse, causing depressing and perhaps leading
to other types of mental illness.
How can anyone determine what is actually in a joint of pot? All sorts of
harmful substances could be included of a very dangerous nature.
Marijuana growing and selling is big business in B.C. Anyone who doesn't
realize this must be either naive or an imbecile.
Parents want their children protected and free of substance abuse. Thanks
to the police for doing the work we pay them for.
All loving parents want their kids protected from drug pushers.
Our point of view should be heard.
