COPS STAKE HIGH GROUND

Editor, The News:

I read with interest the article on the front page of the June 20 edition
of the Abbotsford News ('Losing marijuana grow war').

I do not believe the police are "losing" the "war."

I believe that any attempt to say no to drugs and to pot-growing operations
is a win.

It is certainly better than saying and doing nothing.

The police and the anti-marijuana public have the moral high ground, not
the marijuana grow operators and sellers.
