NEVADA: BALLOT INITIATIVE ON MARIJUANA
(AP) Voters will decide in November on a proposal to ease the state's
marijuana laws, the secretary of state's office said. A signature
verification process determined that petitioners for a law change to permit
possession of up to three ounces of marijuana qualified for a ballot slot.
