DISCOURAGING FRAUD

If you want to discourage corporate fraud, use the same penalties that are
given to drug traffickers. Don't just send them to jail; seize their assets
and liquidate them. Also, work with foreign concerns to seize their
offshore holdings. Use the proceeds to fund the $100 million boost to the
SEC investigation division.

I don't think the taxpayers should fund this initiative. Most have already
paid enough with the losses in their 401(k)s.
