TOUGHER METH LAWS WON'T LOWER USAGE
Concerning your July 10 editorial, "West Virginia Needs Tougher Meth Laws:"
If you have any evidence that increasing the punishment for using or
manufacturing a substance not approved by government lowers the usage of
that substance, by all means let us know. Otherwise, please don't insult
our intelligence.
