CALIFORNIA SUPREME COURT DECISION CONCERNING PROPOSITION 215
Peter Jennings: A lot of medical news this week, and some that's medical
legal. California Supreme Court has ruled that people who use marijuana for
medical reasons, cannot be prosecuted under state law. They could still
face punishment under federal laws.
California is one of nine states that allow people to use and possess a
small amount of marijuana with a doctor's prescription.
