NOT A CRIME
I do not think the situation of Mr. Cauchon being pragmatic and discussing
openly the laws of the land about marijuana is ridiculous. I also do not
think that a youthful toke on a joint automatically eliminates one from
ever attaining public office or "making good." Nor do I think that it is
appropriate that Canadians are punished so harshly for something that
should not even be a crime.
