MAD WORLD
In January two members of our family were killed by a driver whose use of
cannabis resulted in his car travelling at high speed and out of control on
the wrong side of the road. We know to our cost that it is not harmless,
which is what relaxing the rules will make it seem.
Imagine my feelings when I read of "Cannabis cafe chains to open in
Britain", and then two pages on, in Christopher Booker's Notebook, that EU
directives will soon close most health shops.
Has the world gone mad?
