CANNABIS CAFES ARE THE LOGICAL ANSWER

THERE's an old saying that you can please some of the people all of the
time and all of the people some of the time, but you can't6 please all of
the people all of the time!

It seems that this is what the Government is trying to do over cannabis.
Please the smokers by reclassifying it, and please the anti-drugs lobby by
doubling the sentences for dealing.

This is ending out such mixed messages it isn't true. It's not the
classification that's the problem, it's where people have to go to buy it.
Somehow cannabis has got to be taken away from the dealers where people can
also buy hard drugs. I believe cannabis cafes are the logical answer.
