AIN'T IT FUN WATCHING POTHEADS STICK IT TO THE GOVERNMENT?

I am writing to say I thoroughly enjoyed your article on the upcoming
Nevada marijuana initiative ["Separating the weed from the chaff," Aug. 1].
I learned of this issue through an e-mail list and have become very
interested in its progress. I personally think it is hilariously beautiful
that a small group of potheads can stick it to the government so drastically.

I hope that Nevada passes the initiative and it has huge national
implications - like finally ending America's ridiculous 65-year prohibition
of marijuana (not likely in the near future), and restoring the hemp
industry in this country.

I look forward to hearing more from your publication on the issue as it
progresses and the authorities start to pull out all the stops.
