DRUG COURTS
The idea of drug courts referred to in "Drug court plan goes ahead,"
(April 8) may be well intended, but has it occurred to its advocates
that maybe, just maybe, the addicts and users are not the target
group. And maybe someone should take a look at the dealers and
sellers, because I remember with vivid clarity that in high school
when we were asked by our guidance councillors what we were hoping to
do when we graduated high school -- drug dealer wasn't on the list.
