DRUG TEST ONLY WHEN AN ACCIDENT HAPPENS

There should be no testing unless an accident has happened to warrant an
investigation.

I had tears of joy and sadness on hearing of Canada's banning drug testing
as an insult to human dignity and rights, besides being unreliable and
inconclusive.

Joy that a country could change policy and be concerned about its citizens'
rights not the police's, and sadness knowing we will never get our rights back.
