So Federal Health Minister Anne McLellan is worried about medical marijuana
because she has no scientific proof of its efficacy. Does Ms. McLellan have
any scientific proof of its harmfulness? If a substance is not harmful and
if some people believe it helps them, the government has no business
banning it.
