WHAT ARE THEY SMOKING?
So, the federal government won't make available 250 kilograms of cannabis
to seriously ill people until it has conducted clinical trials (Ottawa
Shelves Medicinal Pot -- Aug. 20). But wouldn't that amount to, properly
monitored, a clinical trial?
If using cannabis impairs cognition, the federal government must be into
its own supply.
