BOOBY-TRAP DRUGS MAY BE NEXT PLOY

BANGKOK - Seeking a deterrent to a national plague of drug addiction, Prime
Minister Thaksin Shinawatra said Monday the government might manufacture
fake methamphetamine pills that make people vomit.

"I want the Public Health Ministry to talk to psychiatrists and chemists on
whether the government should produce drugs that give people head-aches and
nausea," he said.
