WHO IS FIGHTING FOR THESE KIDS?

Here's a question for Janet Napolitano, the attorney general:

If parents can be convicted of not keeping another parent from abusing a
child, why can't Child Protective Services be charged with negligent
homicide for Anndreah Robertson's death? CPS needs to be more responsible
for the death of this 10-day-old child in a crack-using home.

Yes, it is the parent's fault for using drugs, but it's CPS' fault for
saying it could do nothing to prevent the abuse.

Drug abuse should be grounds for taking a child away. Period. First time,
you're out. No kids, no way. If need be, a hard and fast line needs to be
taken in all cases of drug users with children.

When will CPS be held responsible for anything? We need someone who is
willing to fight for the kids.
