ABUSE OF ILLEGAL DRUGS A PROBLEM, STUDENT SAYS
Editor, the Gazette:
Today, there is a big problem with drug abuse. Not only is it in
Ohio, but around the world. It has been becoming an issue and I want
it to stop.
I know many people who have abused drugs. There have been, so far,
two people who have been killed and I'm pretty sure that has been
from drug abuse. I don't get why we even have them and why people do
them. It's just becoming a habit and it needs to be cured.
The main drug I am concerned about is heroin. It's a very strong drug
and many people around the world do it.
The main reason I am taking my time to write this letter is so people
will know drug abuse isn't the answer and it needs to stop,
immediately.
I'm not trying to tell people they need to stop drugs. It's their
choice, but I just want the drug abuse to stop. I just want the word
out that drugs and drug abuse aren't the asnwer for our future. So,
if you like what I wrote about, please let everyone know and tell
them Chillicothe High School students do care.
