SAVE A BUNDLE
Dear Editor:
My response to the Senate's recent report to legalize cannabis? "Yes, yes
and yes!"
First, by running bus tours of American "tourists" to the "grass
vineyards," we could wipe out the national debt in the first month.
Second, we would wipe out a quarter of organized crime and a tenth of
street crime (by eliminating the profit margin for crime) and therefore
save a bundle on policing costs and violence.
And as for the American government's concerns: They can kiss my sovereign
hind quarters.
