CHRETIEN MUST BE STONED
So King Jean is going to ratify Kyoto, and the Senate is interested in
legalizing marijuana. Now all the pieces are coming together. Let us switch
the possession penalties to hefty fines with no criminal record. Then we
could give our PM the first ticket. To ratify Kyoto, and listen to the
Senate, he must be stoned.
