DOPES IN SENATE

Dear Editor:

Re: legalizing pot. With politically appointed senators coming out with
studies like this at the wages that they make, maybe this will reinforce the
need to elect the Senate and directly elect the prime minister.

We could very easily change the word "Congress" to read "Senate" as
this statement by Mark Twain obviously applies: "Suppose you were an
idiot . . . And suppose you were a member of Congress . . . But I
repeat myself."
