STOP MARIJUANA WAR

Isn't it time we stop waging war on peaceful Americans? Millions of dollars
are spent each year on the war on marijuana. This war arrests more than
700,000 American citizens, according to federal government statistics.
Shouldn't this money be used to arrest murderers, rapists, and pedophiles?
How about using this money to prevent the next Sept. 11?

Shouldn't we get our priorities straight? I hope Nevadans realize that the
war on marijuana is a bigger threat to our national security than the
marijuana plant itself and legalize the plant for adults.

Then smart citizens, like us in Missouri, should follow suit and fight a
war on terrorism, not a war against ourselves.
