SECOND-HAND POT SMOKE

I AM appalled at the suggestion we make pot legal for all above the age of
16. Especially by arguments that it is unconstitutional for pot to be illegal.

What about my constitutional right not to be subjected to something as foul
as second-hand pot smoke, which is 100 times more offensive than cigarette
smoke? What about little Johnny who goes to kindergarten high because mommy
"hot boxed" the car with her morning doob?

A person who is not used to pot can get high just from being around someone
smoking it. Are non-users going to be subjected to this at bars or
restaurants? I think it is a horrible idea to legalize pot.
