POT REGULATION WOULD BE BETTER
Regarding the letter from Susie Frostad in the Sept. 9 Herald-Tribune on
marijuana legalization:
When cannabis is re-legalized, the difficulties for parents, teachers and
the RCMP will in fact be diminished.
When cannabis is legal, and can be obtained by adults in regulated stores,
and thus the grow ops disappear, where are the kids going to get their supply?
