I WILL KEEP ON TAKING CANNABIS FOR MY PAIN
A Businessman has vowed to go on taking cannabis even though the
drug has already landed him in court. Stroud resident Simon Broad said
he is angry that he was prosecuted for using the drug which he said he
takes to ease back pain and sciatica caused by a road accident.
The 52-year-old, Brimscombe, sprinkles cannabis on his breakfast
cereal to ease his pain and also uses the drug in his soup to control
his high blood pressure.
He was caught growing cannabis plants by police and was convicted
last month for possession. He was sentenced to 120 hours' community
service.
