I am surprised that people still use this excuse when a widely used test is
already available.
"Impairment Testing" using a device such as the Eye Dynamics SafetyScope,
test for current impairment not whether someone had smoked pot two weeks
ago. This sort of test has the added advantage of testing for all
impairments including alcohol and even lack of sleep.
