MARIJUANA HAS MANY MEDICINAL BENEFITS
I for one am tired of the government saying what is or is not the right
message sent to my children. My wife and I will decide what is and is not
the right message sent to our children.
I have read where John Walters, the U.S. drug czar, states that the medical
marijuana movement is just a front to legalize pot. I hope and pray that
Walters never finds out the many medical uses of marijuana the way I did.
In 1983 my grandfather developed cancer. My grandmother heard that
marijuana might help him. With my help, my grandmother and I would sneak
pot into my grandfather's hand-rolled cigarettes. I saw before my very eyes
the miracle of marijuana.
Instantly, and I mean right now, his nausea was gone. The reason I believe
so strongly is because he never knew we put it in his cigarettes, and it
worked so fast.
The following day my grandmother called me and said my grandfather had
eaten five more times and still had not thrown up.
We really must stop arresting sick and dying people. It just doesn't make
any sense, and it wastes money and law enforcement resources.
