UNITE TO ELIMINATE PROBLEM OF ADDICTION
To the editor:
I know that almost every one of our families have been touched by drug
abuse. It seems that no matter how hard our law enforcement tries, it's a
losing battle.
This problem has affected so many of our young people. We have a man at our
church who has a jail ministry. He has set aside a time on Thursday between
6 and 7 p.m. to pray for the drug problem. He has really seen some good
things happen.
We, as Christians, need to unite and pray this problem out of our county,
state and country.
There is no man or drug bigger than our Lord and Savior. Our Lord says if
we will humble ourselves and pray, He will heal our land.
Christians, how about it?
