IS THERE ANY REASON THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT SHOULD DENY MEDICINAL RELIEF TO
PEOPLE IN PAIN?

I once worked next to a medical marijuana clinic, and the patrons looked
like people I'd want to avoid. I speculated whether these clinics attract
serious druggies or people with intractable diseases forced into scruffy
poverty by lack of health-care options? The feds evidently suspect the former.
