COUNCIL JUST PLAIN STUPID

The Santa Cruz City Council has finally crossed the line from laughable to
just plain stupid. Handing out marijuana, free or not, is a crime. It is a
federal crime. It's called distribution of a controlled substance. It is
outrageous that Santa Cruz thinks it is above the law. News flash - you
aren't. Too bad the DEA wasn't there to arrest and charge you all.
