COMPELLING TEENS TO GET TREATMENT

Re: Tuesday story on sending kid criminals to rehab. Compelling teens
to get treatment isn't the only challenge. I know a teen who uses pot
and has been charged with non-violent criminal activity, but we are
unable to get help for rehab as they consider pot too minor and they
need the space for those who are into heavier drugs. We have to
accept the pot as minor and pray it doesn't lead to hard-core drugs
or increased criminal activity.
