SHOULD ILLEGAL DRUGS BE DECRIMINALIZED?
Milliken's Honesty Praised
Congratulations to former Michigan Gov. William G. Milliken for coming to
his senses and speaking out in favor of reforming the harsh drug policies
he signed into law ("Michigan must reform harsh drug sentences," Sept. 20).
It's good to see a politician admit his policy was a failure. A very
admirable quality.
