CRACKDOWN ON CRACK A PRIORITY

I'm writing on behalf of all the families who have lost loved ones to the
devil himself. This devil I speak of is crack cocaine.

My relative has been on this drug for 10 years. She has been through rehab
twice, and it has not helped her.

I have known many others who have gone to rehab, and it didn't help them.

I've known others who have turned to God, and still it hasn't helped. I've
come to the conclusion that there is nothing that can stop this addiction.

This is where the problem is. We need to find a way, a cure, a solution for
these addicts.

There is no drug more destructive, more powerful and more consuming than
crack cocaine.

How many more of our loved ones is this drug going to take before we wake
up to the problem and find them something that can help them?

I've tried all I know to help. I'm at a dead end. I've thought of cleaning
up these neighborhoods with all these crack houses, but the police don't
care and the government doesn't care.

Officials know where these crack houses are, and still they do nothing. We
need to force them to do something for these addicts.
