NOELLE BUSH'S TROUBLES

The center for drug-free living's officials should be charged with
obstruction of justice for breaking their own rules by not reporting Noelle
Bush's possession of crack cocaine while under their care, lest the other
participants at the center receive a lesson on the class-warfare nature of
the drug war. We would not want poor minorities to realize that our
zero-tolerance policies are aimed at them, not the wealthy white kids,
would we?
