CANADA'S SHIFT ON MARIJUANA
In response to your Oct. 3 article "Canada poised to ease pot laws": Bravo
to Canada for coming to its senses regarding the decriminalization of
marijuana.
As long as Americans are willing to pay for drugs, somebody will produce
them and get the drugs to willing buyers. Our drug policy has been stupid
and insane. It's time to do something different.
