If My Name Was Michael C.O. Wagner Jr., I'd Be Pissed Too

Why would CityLife even give a sick unit like Michael C.O. Wagner Jr. the
thrill of seeing his lame diatribe in print? Isn't there enough
mean-spiritedness in the world? Of all the back-and-forth rhetoric that has
been thrown around over Question 9, we have at least managed to keep it
civil. Maybe Mr. Wagner Jr. thinks that he needs to point out that all
pot-smoking citizens are not expounding peace, love and happiness.

I actually logged on to CityLife's website to see what kind of letters you
got in response to Jimmy Boegle's well-thought-out and fairly balanced
article on 9 ["Just say no to marijuana initiative rhetoric," Oct. 3]. I
expected to see some fireworks, but not the kind of hate that Michael C.O.
Wagner Jr. filled your Letters page with. I guess if I were to be hung with
that moniker, I'd be pissed too.
