FLORIDA GOVERNOR'S DAUGHTER IS OUT OF JAIL

ORLANDO, Fla., Oct. 26 (AP) - Gov. Jeb Bush's daughter, Noelle Bush, was
released from jail today, 10 days after a judge found that she had violated
terms of her court-ordered drug treatment program.

Ms. Bush left the Orange County jail around 4 a.m., said Allen Moore,
spokesman for the county corrections department. She returned to the Center
for Drug-Free Living in Orlando, her brother, George P. Bush, said.

Ms. Bush, 25, was sent to a treatment center for drug abusers after she was
arrested in January and accused of trying to use a fraudulent prescription
to buy the antianxiety drug Xanax. Under the diversion program, the charges
could be dropped if Ms. Bush completed treatment. Judge Reginald Whitehead
has since sent her to jail twice for violating the agreement.

In July, Ms. Bush was jailed for three days after an employee of the
treatment center caught her with prescription pills.
