WINNING THE WAR ON TERROR, DRUGS:
President Bush is making tremendous progress in his combined, never-ending
war on terrorism and drugs. According to United Nations estimates, under
the Taliban administration, Afghanistan produced 185 tons of opium in 2001.
Now under Bush's charismatic, dynamic leadership, Afghanistan is expected
to produce 3,400 tons of opium in 2002. That's all the proof we need that a
regime change is good for the economies of Third-World countries.
