CRIMES AND JUSTICE

If you are an accomplice to a murder, you will probably be able to get a
bond reduction hearing and actually get your bond reduced (provided it is a
high bond). However, if you sell $100 worth of crack or cocaine to a
confidential informant (in other words if you are set up by the police),
your bond will be very high and you probably won't be able to afford it. If
you have a bond reduction hearing, your bond will probably not be reduced.
Which is worse, killing, being an accomplice in a killing, or selling
drugs? Which person is more dangerous to society, the murderer, the
accomplice to the murder or the drug dealer? Or does it depend on who is
accused?
