NAB DEALERS AT SAFE SITES

Wow! Susan Martinuk's column on safe-injection sites was really
informative. Too bad the important information was omitted. She should
visit http://www.drugpolicy.org.

For example, there have been no deaths in Swiss safe-injection rooms to date.

She says we should invest in detox, long-term treatment, counselling, and
enforcement. Are these not already elements of the four-pillars approach
endorsed by Mayor-elect Larry Campbell?

If dealers are concentrated around these safe-injection sites, would it not
be easier to arrest and prosecute them?
