DARE DEFIES RATIONALITY

Kirk Muse is correct, (Marijuana has forbidden fruit appeal, Nov. 6,
www.merrittherald.com), DARE is historically a proven part of the problem.

It defies integrity and rationality to cage humans for using cannabis and
to cage sick citizens using cannabis for relief of pain is vile, morbid and
spiteful for a civilization in the year 2002, yet, DARE still supports
those crimes.

Biblically, medically and recreationally, many citizens use cannabis
responsibly and are tired of various forms of government discrimination and
deceit directed toward them. DARE is part of that discrimination, and is
one of the reasons why it will continue to fail. North American citizens
are united in ending the system of caging humans for using cannabis, the
United States federal government and DARE, is not.
