CRIME IS HYPOCRISY
Alcohol doesn't absolve the judge of responsibility for his behavior. The
reason District Court Judge Tom Gilbert should be punished - to the maximum
extent the laws allow for his marijuana smoking - is the fact that he has
no doubt been merciless in sentencing others for the same offense. Judge
Gilbert's real crime is hypocrisy, but hey that goes for all the drug
crusaders who enforce laws based on lies.
