LONDON PROBE A 'REFRESHING' CHANGE
Wow, there is an internal investigation and a public fund being set up
because officers shot a dog during a drug raid up there.
Down here in Minneapolis, last summer during a drug raid, officers
accidentally shot a 10-year-old boy while aiming at the dog. Yet no public
investigation or fund for the victims have been established.
From here, your country looks refreshingly intolerant of these abuses.
