MARIJUANA IN AMATEUR HOCKEY
The B.C. Amateur Hockey Association, along with the rest of society, needs
to accept the social reality of marijuana.
By the time students graduate from high school, more than half of them will
have tried pot.
Zero-tolerance is an archaic policy championed by childish cowboys who
relish exercising their arbitrary and unjust power.
