HOW TO STOP ILLEGAL DRUGS
Editor, Naples Daily News:
Program to stop drugs:
1. Create federal prison hospitals run by federal prison agency.
2. Automatic incarceration after third arrest for drug use.
3. The inmates can have as much of any drugs that their bodies can stand.
Medical personnel will administer the drugs.
4. No capital criminals in these hospitals.
5. Rehab facilities for those who want to kick the habit; the only way to
be released is to be clean for a year.
6. Program will be expensive in the beginning.
Benefits:
1. Dry up the drug trade by removing the customer.
2. A very large decrease in crime.
3. Approve farms throughout the country to grow drug crops for the
government. Also buy drugs from other countries.
4. All drugs will have to go through a special government lab.
5. Transfer personnel from drug interdiction to prison hospitals.
6. Huge savings for the entire country after the program is up and running.
