Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) 7 Director, Senior Supt.
Maximo Altubar, became the latest casualty in the controversies hounding
the Bagong Buhay Rehabilitation Center (BBRC).
Altubar was ordered replaced while a new BBRC warden was named.
The movements were announced yesterday by Interior and Local Government
