WHAT THEY ARE DOING IS ILLEGAL

Safe havens for druggies.

Good idea -- if we plan on following these guys home and nabbing their
suppliers.

Good idea -- if we plan on showing these guys how to overdose.

Aren't we already paying these guys to buy their drugs through welfare or
some social handout? I don't want to pay for them. Arrest them, put them in
jail. Maybe they'll die coming down; oh well, they're walking around dead
anyway and the socialists seem to want to promote and keep it that way.

Do I sound cruel? No more cruel than promoting heavy drug use. That's
cruel, that doesn't "help" anyone except to provide jobs for other
socialists. I'd support a detox center to actually help these people. But
this lefty idea is just plain stupid!
