Indeed. Mr. Walters brings to mind the remark, "Marijuana doesn't make
its users irrational, but it certainly makes some non-users
irrational." I'd like to think of a more diplomatic way of describing the
man, but "raving loony" is the best I can do.
We Americans are stuck with him, but Canadians can (and certainly
ought to) tell him where to get off ... on the southern side of the border.
