POT: THE DEVIL'S WORK OR BIBLICAL LESSON?

Re: Rick Courage's letter to the editor Dec. 20 (Loosening pot laws is a
bad idea).

When exactly is it that God told Mr. Courage that "weed is of the devil"?

One might wonder why God has invented weed if it is supposedly an evil
concoction of the devil's.

By the way, I'm also part of the general population, and don't use
marijuana, but who am I to judge others (isn't that one of Jesus'
sayings?), lest I be judged?

I do feel sorry for Mr. Courage if he finds evil in God's creations. I
guess if you're looking for ugliness you'll find it anywhere.
