HARM REDUCTION FOR LAW-ABIDING CITIZENS

RE "SAFE place for addicts in works" (Dec. 26): Why is it your paper
is not reporting the entire picture? These "safe places" do not intend
to supply the drugs! Why don't you tell your readers that the police
will be expected to allow dealers to sell their illegal drugs to the
addicts outside the designated building? Why aren't your readers being
told that drug dealers and their goons will be drawn like flies to the
designated neighbourhood and robberies by addicts will escalate in
order to pay the dealers? Where's Toronto's Harm Reduction Program for
law-abiding citizens?
